The cheapest drunk there is: go out and get your self a bottle of grain alcohol it is about 190 proof or 95% alcohol then make some kool-aid. You should be able to get several people wasted for about $10 the bottle should cost about that much most likely less.

depends on your location whats the cheapest

near me, i can get a cheap 1.75L bottle of vodka for about $10…. depending how many friends you have, you can all get drunk

or box of cheap beer, 30 pack for about $10-15, could get you just about as drunk
